We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased products.

User Generated Content License

If you tag, mention, submit, or otherwise share content featuring Gross Water products on social media platforms, you grant Gross Water, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

This includes reposting content across our websites, social media channels, and promotional materials.

10. Product Use and Health Disclaimer

Gross Water products are intended for general hydration and beverage consumption.

Information provided on the Site regarding hydration or mineral content is provided for informational purposes only.

Gross Water products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
